Reading promotion system for rural children

STARS has developed its our own approach to advocating for  promote children reading based on the Reading Reader’s Circle combined with staff’s experience of program implementation.
STARS forms alliances with local communities and partners in order to deliver its mission. The STARS Library, as one of its key program, helps build libraries for participating schools with STARS’ resource and donation. Complementing to STARS Library, STARS also helps arrange a series of campaigns and events on campus as well as Teacher Development Program. These help to establish an environment and ensure sufficient resource in place for ongoing activities and advocacy for reading in participating schools.
