The Community Library targets at areas of large floating population of children between rural and urban areas. STARS cooperates with local community to build libraries for local residents. The community library provide a friendly public place for the residents to reading books, taking volunteer activities as well as relaxation after work. A user-friendly reading environment could encourage reading and benefit for cultivating reading habits.
